Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, while international shipments may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Are the sarees authentic and certified?
Yes, every Kankatala saree is handpicked for its authenticity and quality. We provide Silk Mark certification for our pure silk products to ensure you receive only genuine handwoven textiles.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for domestic orders if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that customized products, such as sarees with stitched blouses or finished tassels, are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our exclusive collections worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
How do I care for my handwoven saree?
To maintain the longevity of your handwoven garments, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store your sarees in a cool, dry place wrapped in soft muslin cloth to protect the zari and fabric.
