Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Kankatala account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging, as items showing wear cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
